Singapore halts usage of South Korean flu vaccine as precaution

No deaths from influenza vaccination have been reported in Singapore so far, but the decision to stop using SKYCellflu Quadrivalent and VaxigripTetra was a precaution, the Department of Health and the Department of Health said on Sunday.
