Xbox Is Crushing It Right Now Ahead Of Series X/S Launch
The Xbox is well on its way to launching the Xbox Series X and S consoles in November. Gaming revenue increased $ 550 million or 22% year-over-year, due in part to increased spending on games and services. As the owner of the platform, Microsoft will receive a 30% discount on all games sold on Xbox, and Microsoft will make big profits as games flourish during COVID-19. The increase in Xbox Game Pass orders also contributed to the growth, as did the sale of proprietary games.
