British engineers develop process to turn moon dust into oxygen

Washington: British engineers are adapting the process used to extract oxygen from moon dust, leaving metal powders that could be printed in 3D as building materials for a cubic base. The British company Metalysis has already developed a mineral extraction process that is used by Earth-based industries to produce metals for production. Engineers are pecking at the process, regulating electricity and reagents to increase the amount of oxygen, while trying to lower the temperature needed to produce it.
