Congress president Sonia Gandhi has isolated herself after contracting Covid, the party’s chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said on Thursday. Surjewala said the Congress chief experienced mild fever on Wednesday evening. Surjewala, however, added the Congress chief will get herself tested for Covid again and that “her plan of visiting the ED stands.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished a speedy recovery to Congress president Sonia Gandhi from Covid-19. “Wishing Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi Ji a speedy recovery from COVID-19,” he tweeted on Thursday.
