COVID-19 infection rate fell by 30 per cent in England during UK national lockdown, says Study

London [UK], 30 November (ANI / Sputnik): COVID-19 infections fell by 30% in the first three weeks of the second public lock in England on 5 November, according to a study published on Monday by Imperial College London. “Three weeks after the second national closure in England, the overall prevalence fell proportionally by about 30 per cent, but in the north it fell more sharply,” the study says.
